Just got off Oasis. So, it's two completely dining experiences. The normal izumi experience with the sushi and lava rock is still the same that you've experienced if you've eaten at izumi in the past. Izumi Hibachi is a different experience where you sit around a hibachi and a chef cooks in front of you (chicken, beef, lobster, shirmp) and it's a bit of a "show". You can order sushi from the menu inside the Hibachi area as well. Hibachi is $25 for Chicken or Steak and $30 for a combo of Chicken & Steak or Steak & Lobster. The fee includes an app., salad, main course and dessert.
