Default Best cruise to avoid seasickness

I have friends who would like to go on a cruise.

I have been on 2 previous cruises to Eastern Caribbean and West Coast of USA and was sick on both of them. In bed for many days.

Can anyone recommend a cruise maybe in the Mediterranean or elsewhere where there are cruise stops each day (no sea days) and where there is less likelihood of sickness.

I found that if the distances are not far between stops, it is much better.

Do not want river cruises.

Thanks.
