Default Carnvial Pride jogging track

I like to walk a lot. Is it ok to use the jogging track if you're only walking? I am a very polite walker; I always leave room for the joggers to pass, but I was wondering if there are rules or some unwritten etiquette I should follow.

Also, what's the distance of the jogging track?

Will the track get crowded? Are there better times than others?

Are there people who hang out on the track when they're not exercising? I know this sounds ridiculous, but one cruise I was on, the track was also a sun deck with lounge chairs and there were a lot of rude/clueless people just standing on the track.

Thanks
