Default Purchasing casino chips with SeaPass card

Some lines charge a premium (up to 3% or so) when you use your onboard charge card to buy casino chips, and others don't. I've been trying to remember what RCCL's policy is, but my memory ain't what it used to be. So my questions are 1) does Royal Caribbean allow you to purchase casino chips with your SeaPass card (in lieu of cash), and 2) if so, do they charge a premium such as a percentage of your purchase price or other such fee? Thanks for your help, and please don't bother advising me to stay out of the casino.

Yep, it is 3% and you can sign at the casino cage or at the gaming tables. Just off the "Epic" and even "NCL" sez they are adding the 3% this month.
