Default Ryanair bites back at RCI & Celebrity

Ryanair ridiculed the claim of Celebrity Cruises and its sister brand, Royal Caribbean International when they announced they wouldn’t be working with Ryanair due to service issues associated with the airline.

Commenting on the statement by Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean International, Ryanair’s Deputy Chief Executive, Michael Cawley said;

“Is it any wonder that Royal Caribbean’s business is in decline when it doesn’t recognise superior service. Its link with Easyjet because there were service issues associated with Ryanair, flies in the face of all the facts. Ryanair’s vastly superior punctuality, less cancellations and less bags lost than Easyjet and every other major airline in Europe, sets it out as the number 1 airline for customer service.

These cruise companies are letting their customers down by partnering with an airline which has an inferior level of service to Ryanair.”

It's not surprising they don't lose as many bags as Easy Jet, no one can afford to check luggage on Ryan Air

I have flown on Ryanair and I think that it would be difficult to find an airline with worse service than Ryanair. All they do is nickel and dime you to death.

Manuel,

It looks like you will be on the 4/12 sailing of the Solstice. I will be there too! Can't wait! She looks like a beauty.
