Default Windjammer?

My husband is very interested in taking a cruise vacation -- I'm still not sure (I picture being trapped with Kathie Lee for a week). We are considering a Windjammer cruise. The more laid back atmosphere is appealing and I am not at all interested in one of the giant ships. We really enjoy hiking, snorkeling, etc but aren't big drinkers or into "party games." Will we have time to enjoy those activities and not feel out of place on board? Any comments/recommendations regarding this line or another?

As far as feeling out of place goes - the vast majority of people do NOT participate in shipboard activities, though some of us will confess to being occasional "watchers."

Windjammer is very casual, but appeals to pretty young and "party-hearty" clietele. For a casual yet more refined atmoshpere try Star Clippers or Windstar.
