There are no good news for profoundly deaf people because some criuselines recently changed policy against deafs. i was told that any deaf passengers must take carers due to safety reasons. All of profoundly deaf can get freedom to take any transportation without carers as they dont need any assistance to travel and do anything without helping. NEED YOUR SUPPORT! How would you do? It already destroy my adventure trips when i will retire. Thier stupid can damage deafs people happiness and not secure. How come???

You said "some" cruise lines, but didn't mention any by name.
I'm not aware of any of the major cruise lines that have changed their policies. In fact, several have done more to accommodate people with special needs than ever before. I have a small group of women who are all hearing impaired and they cruise with Royal Caribbean on a regular basis, because they are very happy with the accommodations. Check it out; https://www.royalcaribbean.com/exper...al-disabilties So, while there may be a couple of cruise lines that may not be acceptable to you, there are plenty that are. I would suggest finding one that will accommodate your needs and go with them, so you can enjoy your travels. Pete

There are two big Italian-based cruise lines to discriminate against profoundly deaf people without carers. It seems that their policies were changed this year. I know most of major criuselines welcome any profoundly deaf without carers. You need to read their policies in websites. Because I don't want to take legal risks, I can not say their bad cruise lines names to anyone in public.
However, you can type "two Italian cruise lines" in Google search engine. You can find them easily and then you read their policies. If possible, you call them. |

You can't get in trouble for reposting their policies, so go for it.
Sorry they have to be such inconsiderate companies, but as I said, just don't do business with them and instead go for the many others than will welcome you onboard and provide a good experience. Pete

Thats cool. BUT i concern that in near future, other cruise liners might follow them. How would you feel?
I would forgive them if they would change back to old policies. They would make me to be enjoyable in near future! |
