Default Sushi

Each sailing a gratuity to the sushi chef got me a special presentation of sushi for the next day .This "incentive " works and I just Sliped him a $20.00 and asked him to "hook me up" for the next few days and Wow ". It was well worth the money compared to sushi in Atlanta $$$$.

What ship was this? My daughter loves sushi and $20 extra bucks to be hooked up is well worth it. Sushi here in FL is pricey too. I think its because its trendy now. 10 yrs ago it was sooo cheao because no one ate it.

Yes. On Mercury, I found the quality of sushi to be consistent and pretty good. Variety was so-so; perhaps 8 or 10 rolls/sashimi types. Check out the sushi-making demonstration :-).
