Question Stcw 95 on board

Hi All,

I'm very curious and interested to know about the Cruise Line Companies, which are providing the STCW 95 Training and Certificate on board ?

Any Information is very much appreciated!

Thank you in advance and enjoy your time on board or shore side

Greetings from Antalya

It is generally very expensive for a cruise line to fly STCW instructors to a ship and keep them in passenger cabins in order to train crew onboard.
It is also expensive to keep crew onboard - who cannot work yet, because they do not have STCW certificates.
That is why they require most/all crew members to have their STCW training before they get to the ship.
