Here is a link to the original posting I don't see the cancellation information. But I remember being very interested in this cruise and surprised when it was cancelled. The third "get lei'd" cruise was in 2005.

Yes, I will have plenty of pics.... I'm thinking (based on my last 2 cruises) a cruise would have to be extremly bad for me to give it a bad review... I mean, I'm pretty darn happy just not having to get up and go to work. The fact that I don't have to go to work AND I'm on a cruiseship... well everything else is gravy...

So is it pretty easy to post pics? It looks like I would go to photo gallery. I hope my daughter helps me post pictures on cruisemates. You guys are getting me excited, I already want to plan my next cruise, but I should wait until after this cruise i guess.

Not necessarily, if you have the funds and the time, I say book it.. I would If I had the money and time, only I'm not booking the next one 8 months in advance, that's too much waiting for me.... I'm more of a spur of the moment kinda girl....

I have to book in advance or I wouldn't go. I am definitely not a spur of the moment girl. I have to plan plan plan. I noticed the prices on my cruise pretty much stayed the same throughout the last 6 months which means it was not necessary to book the early saver. Oh well...we are getting closer and closer.

We are sailing on the Splendor on 9/27. Just booked it for $579+taxes...We are in 8447 a balcony stateroom. It is the furthest aft cabin I have ever booked. Anyone have any input on this location? 1st time on the Splendor...can't wait!!!

We are officially booked for our honeymoon cruise.
It will be my Platinum cruise #10 with Carnival...
I am VERY excited.

My soon to be hubby suggested we stay at the Queen Mary Hotel Saturday night before the cruise. Has anyone done the "Dining with the spirits" dinner and tour?
I am sooooo excited about that. I can't wait.

Since i live so close to Long Beach I am headed down there in about two hoursI Looking forward to sun, relaxation and meeting my new friends from Cruisemates. Just noticed that I have only 294 more days till my next cruise with my family on the Splendour also.

I agree I am not a ghost hunter. Just a tip, it usually costs around $24.00 to board the Queen Mary and walk around, however, if you ask where the hotel lobby is, they usually let you by, then presto! your on the ship.
