Default Questions about the Inspiration

Can anyone help me with these Questons??? We leave on 6/23 out of New Orleans.
was the stop in Grand Cayman till 2pm or 4pm? I have heard both
scheduals and I'm not sure which to believe. We have a private tour
booked from 9-1 and would like to shop some if we are really there till
Also, we are booked with at least one adult to a cabin, but we plan on
actually sleeping with adults in their rooms and teens in the rooms
between us. so, do we use our sail-n-sign cards for room keys? (in which case
we'll be all skrewed up) or do we have separate keys? Thank-you VERY
much for any info. you can give me!!
Ellen from Texas..

Not sure about the time in port, but your room key will be your sign and sail card. Not sure of anyway around this other than telling them you lost your card and need new ones - but I don't know what their policy is on that or if it will work. Anyone else been in this situation?

Are you sure about the Sign and Sail card being your room key on the Inspiration? I know that is the case on the Paradise, but was not the case on the Fantasy and the Ecstasy. Just wondering as we will be on the Inspiration next June and will have the same issue with Adults and kids in different rooms than what was actually booked.

I have the same question for the 7/7/02 cruise. Can anyone who has been on Inspiration lately tell me whether or not the sail and sign cards are the cabin keys?

Was on the Inspiration in Jan and yes, the sign and sail card is the room key. You will be given one that will open your assigned cabin only. When we sailed, there were 6 of us, 4 adult children plus my wife and I. The kids had one cabin and we had another. We went to the pursors desk and asked them for an additional key for our room so one of the daughters could use the shower, etc. They gave her a key with a hole punched in it over the magnetic strip so it worked for the room key but not for charges (she had to use her own key for those).
You will not have a problem with changing sleeping arrangements. They do not do "bunk checks"!
As I remember, we left Grand Cayman about 4:00PM. The last tender was 3:45. If you plan on shopping there, take lots of money as thinga are very expensive there. Much less expensive in Mo Bay and Cozumel.
Have a great trip!!!

I am also sailing on the Inspiration on June 23. You won't by any chance have any toddlers with you, would you? I have a 2 year old.
