You said "some" cruise lines, but didn't mention any by name.

I'm not aware of any of the major cruise lines that have changed their policies. In fact, several have done more to accommodate people with special needs than ever before.

I have a small group of women who are all hearing impaired and they cruise with Royal Caribbean on a regular basis, because they are very happy with the accommodations. Check it out;

So, while there may be a couple of cruise lines that may not be acceptable to you, there are plenty that are. I would suggest finding one that will accommodate your needs and go with them, so you can enjoy your travels.
