Coki is about a 20 minute cab ride from Havensight in Charlotte Amalie. Coki is one of the best places to snorkel on St. Thomas, and right next door is Coral World which is kind of cool, especially for kids. There are a lot of locals that hang out at Coki and try to sell you stuff, which can be intimidating. We just keep walking and politely say, no thanks. You will likely smell the faint aroma of somebody smoking weed towards the far end of the beach. There is also Magen's Bay which is gorgeous but not a great place to snorkel

Trunk Bay is on St. John (another U.S. Virgin Island) and is part of a U.S. National Park and is going to take at least an hour to get there involving a cab ride and a ferry ride but it is a beautiful place to snorkel and a very wholesome and clean atmosphere. The thing that is cool here is there is an underwater nature trail with plaquards that help you identify all of the sea life and plants along the way.
