CruiseMates' Readers Cruise Reviews

Norwegian Cruise Line Norwegian Dream Eastern Caribbean November 26, 2005

This was one of the most enjoyable cruises we have ever taken even though the ports Cozumel (post Hurricane), Roatan Honduras, Belize were the least enjoyable ports we have ever been in. I think we were off the ship no more than 1.5 hours in each port.

The ship is a little dated but the room 10001 was the biggest room we have ever had on a ship.

What made the cruise so enjoyable was the food. The chef was brilliant. The food was creative and wonderfully presented - fresh herbs on every meal. There were combinations of food that showed genius. The restaurant - free and easy dining were wonderful. Sometimes we sat with people, sometimes we didn't. The mood at night was dark and romantic.. not lit up like a banquet in some hall.

The staff was some of the best trained I have ever seen. The dining room service was amazing -professional and quick.. The women all looked like that Robert Palmer video and as well groomed. The casino staff was professional and always there. The desk staff were courteous and quick to solve any problem.

I will return to Norwegian.
